Pastors, priests and lay leaders throughout the diocese are encouraged to learn and strategize how to empower lay people to build up their parish community. Stephanie Downes and Kelly Lippenholz of Rebuilt have successfully built an army of volunteers in their parish, and will be sharing their expertise while allowing you to form your own model to suit local needs.
