  Stephanie Downes served as the Director of Adult Ministry at the Church of Nativity from 2014-2018. There she led a vibrant ministry of over 800 volunteers. To continue Nativity’s culture of hospitality, Stephanie focused on the vision and mission to challenge every current minister to grow deeper on their discipleship path and to invite every member to be a minister. She is currently the Director of Client Development for Rebuilt Parish. Stephanie invites volunteers to step forward to serve at Rebuilt Parish and connects with pastors, parishes, and diocesan staff across the country and internationally to gain a mutual understanding of what it means to partner with Rebuilt. Stephanie is fueled by personal transformation that leads to life change in Christ. She is married to Michael and they have two young adult sons. Ask her about her Saul to Paul experience with Nativity and how the Son of God, Jesus Christ, healed her, redeemed her, and overflows in her heart.

  Kelly Lippenholz has been working in ministry at Church of the Nativity for more than 10 years, starting out in youth ministry. Kelly also has extensive experience in volunteer coordination, small group ministry, missions, and care ministry. She currently holds the role of Director of Discipleship and leads a team of people committed to helping others become disciples. Kelly and her team inspire parishioners to take the next step in their faith to draw them closer into a relationship with their Savior and with others in the community. She is passionate about bringing the gospel to the lost in a relevant and inspiring way through practical teaching, storytelling, and a little bit of humor.

  Rebuilt Parish is a movement aimed at impacting the minds and hearts of parish leaders so they can refocus on reaching the un-churched, creating a clear discipleship path, and rebuilding their parish culture. Our personal Rebuilt journey, from our own home parish, developed field-tested tools to establish an irresistible Catholic parish making disciples in our community. This growth continues in real time as we develop new resources and tools to fulfill the mission God gave us: go make disciples.
